A hairy situation

This past Sunday Tom took Avery and Cole to Home Depot with him to get a few things.

I was cleaning up around the kitchen because the kids had been "cooking" and painting, meaning a huge mess for mom.

While I picked up around their kitchen set I started seeing hairs.

LOTS of little hairs.

At first I was thinking Avery decided to cut her Barbie's hair.

The hairs were really whispy, and very blonde.

Avery's hair isn't blonde so I wasn't thinking it could be hers.

Then I found this:


My heart almost stopped. Well, I couldn't breathe for a second at least.

It looked like a ton of hair in one spot and it's not really a small amount.

I called Tom I-MED-I-ATE-LY and told him to check his daughters hair for a missing section/chunk.

Thank goodness you couldn't even tell she cut her hair...it's already naturally layered so it wasn't noticable.

I can only imagine how bad this could have been! Whew!
