Sweet Avery has to wear glasses. Forever.
I have to say it's a little weird when you've seen your child one way for so long, then something changes like this.
It's an adjustment for all of us.
She's doing great, tho. She doesn't complain and she usually remembers to wear them.
Her eyesight in her left eye is so bad that I don't understand how she never complained. The dr. said she compensated VERY well.
She's literally almost blind in that eye!
Hopefully this prescription will help improve her eyesight and we can get the prescription lowered.
