Avery is finally daytime and night time potty trained!
She hasn't been wearing a diaper for a few months during naptime but I was afraid to take away the diaper at bedtime, even though she was waking up dry most mornings.
Well, she hasn't worn a diaper for the last two weeks at night and tonight she woke up, went to the bathroom and went back to bed.
YAY - my big girl :)
It's funny, she was almost completely potty trained at 20 months old but I held off for a few months because her little brother was coming. I didn't want to deal with her maybe wanting to be like the new baby and backslide from all the work she had accomplished.
So I just assumed that once we potty trained at 26 months she'd be done...afterall Tommy, a BOY who is supposed to be harder to train, was completely potty trained at 2 1/2 years old.
I guess I didn't realize that all children are different! lol But with her being a girl I just took it for granted.
So this is a huge milestone for her AND me ;)
Now I have two down and one to go. Come one Cole let's get rockin!

Yay for Avery. It is a huge accomplishment when they get completely potty trained. Ryan did it all in one month back in September. They are growing up way to fast.

That's awesome! I was fortunate enough to not have to potty train Megan - one of her friends did it for me. The little girl told Megan "Big girls go potty on the potty, only babies wear diapers". I never changed another diaper after that :)
Yeah! And I am jealous!!! WTG Avery!
